SHIPPING INFORMATION
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
In general, shipping options available are:
>> Standard Shipping (6 - 10 business days): Free Shipping to USA/Canada/Australia/United Kingdom and $10.00 onwards for other countries
>> Expedited Shipping (2 - 4 business days): $9.50 to USA/Canada/Australia/United Kingdom and $19.50 onwards to all countries
*** Please note that we do NOT ship to PO Box/APO/FPO addresses. Your books may be shipped from different warehouses located in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand. If you are located at remote area where we could not ship, we reserve to cancel your order. ***
RETURN INFORMATION
All return request must be submitted within 30 days from date of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
If your lecturer chances textbook, we sent you incorrect title, or your book is damaged, you may submit a return request via your account panel and our staff will get back to you as soon as possible. Upon approval of return request, please carefully pack the book and attach your order ID and RMA on the package.

- Click Completed to see a list of all completed orders
- Find the order you wish to return
- Click Return Item(s) next to View Order Details
- Choose return reason
- Click Submit Return Request
- That's it, once approved, our staff will email you confirmation with return address
Buyers will be responsible for the return cost. If buyers refuse to accept the shipment upon delivery or buyers provided incorrect/wrong address and DHL/FedEx/UPS/USPS returned the shipment back to us, buyers will be responsible for $30 return shipping fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1 - 2 business days after we have received the returned book in resaleable condition.
TAX, VAT, IMPORT DUTIES INFORMATION
Buyers are responsible for any Tax, VAT and/or Import Duties for the purchase from us. In certain events, you may need to pay for the tax, VAT, and/or import duty to the delivery agent upon delivery of the shipment to you.
