Refund and Cancellation Policy
You may contact us to cancel your order before your product is being shipped. Full refund will issue upon approving your cancellation request.
In the event that your cancellation request is received after your product has been shipped, then you need to wait for the shipment to be delivered. If you decided to reject the shipment upon delivery, you will be responsible for the $30 return shipping fee.
Alternatively, you may submit a return request within 30 days from date of delivery.
Full refund will be issued within 2 business days upon receiving the product back in its original condition.
