Shipping & Return

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

In general, shipping options available are:

>> Standard Shipping (4 - 6 business days): Free to USA and $5.00 onwards for other countries

>> Expedited Shipping (2 - 4 business days): $5.50 onwards to all countries

*** Please note that we do NOT ship to PO Box/APO/FPO addresses. Your books may be shipped from different warehouses located in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand. If you are located at remote area where we could not ship, we reserve to cancel your order. ***

RETURN INFORMATION

All return request must be submitted within 30 days from date of delivery.

If your lecturer chances textbook, we sent you incorrect title, or your book is damaged, you may submit a return request via your account panel and our staff will get back to you as soon as possible. Upon approval of return request, please carefully pack the book and attach your order ID and RMA on the package. Buyers will be responsible for the return cost and a 20% restocking fee may be incurred. If buyers refuse to accept the shipment upon delivery and DHL/FedEx/UPS returned the shipment back to us, buyers will be responsible for $20 return shipping fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 - 2 business days after we have received the returned book in resaleable condition.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
